About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team in Sydney. This role is critical in providing on-account assistance through FMOD support services to our Accounts Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work order support, supervising a team of casual staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, resourcing requirements, asset management setup and reporting, vendor management support, coordinating administrative tasks, analyzing data, generating reports, and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work order support and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules in Corrigo
  • Supervise a team of casual staff and oversee day-to-day operations and resourcing requirements
  • Oversee asset management setup and reporting
  • Provide vendor management support
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and support FMOD team
  • Analyze data and generate reports
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage service requests

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Facilities Management required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
