City Facilities Management is a leading provider of facilities management and cleaning services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of cleaning staff to deliver high-quality cleaning services to multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, ensuring compliance with contractual service level agreements and OH&S requirements.
  • Liaise with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' supervising experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Proven high level of customer service and management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
  • Full driver's licence.
