Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Mobility Senior Consultant to join our organization. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their workforce management and deployment strategies.

As a Global Mobility Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge global mobility programs that support the development of international and domestic workforces. You will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance business performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Mobility Solutions: Deliver comprehensive advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travelers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
