Job Opportunity

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of global mobility.

You will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams to support advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation, and identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and key contact for assignees, delivering briefings, reviewing documentation and compensation packages, and maintaining high levels of client service while managing expectations and timelines.
  • Program Delivery & Collaboration: Liaise effectively with teams to support advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation, and identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Support & Industry Awareness: Contribute to business development through proposal writing, stay current with global mobility trends and compliance, and apply insights to improve client outcomes and drive innovation.

Skills And Attributes For Success:

  • Global Mobility Expertise & Technical Skills: Experienced in operations with a solid understanding of mobility policies and assignment allowance calculations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with working knowledge of presentation software, and a strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, who builds trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Teamwork & Growth Mindset: A collaborative team contributor who integrates quickly, supports a positive work environment, and demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn about international mobility, global business, and related fields.
