Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles.
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
- Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Requirements:
- Mobility Program Leadership: Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent communication skills.
