We're seeking an experienced professional to join our global mobility team. As a key player, you'll help clients navigate complex cross-border transactions and ensure compliance with local laws.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs. You'll work closely with HR, payroll, and mobility teams to deliver comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Mobility Tax Solutions: Provide strategic insights to strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Offer guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, and ensure audit-ready compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work.
