We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Global Mobility Services team. As a key member of the advisory team, you will work closely with clients across various industries to provide expert advice on global mobility and related tax matters.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients. Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on compliance and advisory work for clients is highly desirable. Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes is also essential.

In this role, you will work on providing holistic International and Australian tax support to senior executives, assisting organisations with managing the tax obligations that arise from the employee/employer relationship, and working within our wider Workforce Advisory business. You will also have opportunities to grow your career and progress within the firm through continuous professional development and structured learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting in the areas of employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to global multi-national organisations.
  • Providing holistic International and Australian tax support to senior executives.
  • Assisting organisations with managing the tax obligations that arise from the employee/employer relationship.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.
  • Proven project management skills including experience working across multiple engagements.
