Global Mobility Expert Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior Consultant, providing advisory services on global mobility and related tax matters.


About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of professional services, offering a wide range of solutions across all industries and sectors. We are seeking a talented individual with strong expertise in employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration, and strategic placement to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions for their global mobility needs, providing holistic international and Australian tax support to senior executives.

Key responsibilities will include consulting with multinational organisations on expatriate employee assignments, providing tax support to senior executives, and assisting organisations with managing tax obligations arising from the employee/employer relationship.


Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate timelines, action plans, and milestones.
  • Commitment to client service with proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills desirable.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience working across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise, and mentor team members.
