To be successful, you will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, and a current Working with Children's Check. You will also hold a current First Aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training).

As a team leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and education provided to children. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to drive the centre's goals and objectives forward.
