  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
  • Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
  • Budget Management: Manage the Sales Director budget efficiently, adhering to policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales management and account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the tourism industry is desirable.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
