Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all structural, services and finishing elements, including coordination of secondary subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and direct site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trade qualified in carpentry or a related field.
  • Proven experience in site supervision and management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate site teams, achieving high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers and other site personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
