Senior Site Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence across multiple sites, championing our brand and driving partner success. As a strategic leader, you will provide expert operational support, coaching and mentoring partners on business planning and local marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will have a strong ability to lead and influence across multiple sites and stakeholders, with expertise in Food Safety, OHS and retail operational compliance.

This role requires a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a senior retail, hospitality or business management role, with tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Hospitality, Retail or Food Safety.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert operational support to retail partners
  • Coach and mentor partners on business planning, sales growth and local marketing
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Promote a strong brand culture across all sites
  • Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
