Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our warehouse and logistics operations at the Tullamarine site.

This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement and storage of materials and products.

The successful candidate will lead GMP warehouse operations, manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, oversee quality and compliance across logistics operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop and manage performance metrics.

Cross-functional collaboration with global Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Logistics teams is essential.

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory standards (TGA, FDA), and cold chain logistics
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and working effectively across departments and sites
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
