Senior Contracts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the procurement and construction process through effective administration and management of contracts.

  • Coordinate and manage contract deliverables (provision/return of security, evidence of insurance etc.)
  • Administer the head contract to a high level of compliance to ensure rights and entitlements are protected
  • Provide timely and accurate advice on contractual rights, obligations, and strategies
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position on a multi-disciplined construction project working in or alongside Contracts, Procurement, and Construction teams.

  • Negotiate and make sound commercial and contractual decisions
  • Understand typical project functions of cost control and forecasting, programming, and financial reporting
  • Write effective contractual communication and communicate verbally
