Skilled Contract Manager Wanted

This role is responsible for managing a complex contract for maintenance services, fleet contracts, facilities management contracts, and professional services.
The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing a contract management plan, managing day-to-day relationships with maintenance delivery partners, and overseeing payment claims processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contract performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing contract variations and claims processes
- Mitigating contract risks and reporting to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Diploma or Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent
- Extensive experience in contract management in a complex organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management
