Contracts Manager

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Provide contract management advice to the Project Delivery team and stakeholders in relation to commercial issues and implications.
- Assist with scope variation negotiations with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high performance and innovation.
- Draft and manage contract correspondence and documentation in line with governance requirements.
- Oversee minor contract disputes, ensuring timely and favourable resolutions.
- Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior management on commercial matters.
- Work with SME's to understand and support the resolution of project technical issues and their commercial implications.
- Manage or assist in the management and resolution of contractual disputes.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management and administration, ideally in large infrastructure or complex construction projects.
- Strong ability to manage contractual investigations and provide insights for commercial decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience in government or tier 1 contractor environments preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience working within PPP frameworks or other complex long-term commercial delivery models is highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Law, or Construction Management are highly regarded.
