Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This pivotal position combines front-of-house reception duties with behind-the-scenes administrative support. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with staff rostering and schedule adjustments, managing general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence, greeting visitors and answering calls with professionalism and empathy, and supporting care staff and management with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with rostering systems and scheduling processes

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude willing to take on new tasks
