Senior Hr Business PartnerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to join our Global HR Business Partner team. This role will provide high-level support to our Go To Market organization in APJ, focusing on building strong relationships with leaders, driving business outcomes, and promoting a growth mindset culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with SVP, GTM - APJ to develop and implement HR strategies that drive engagement and performance across the teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to other leaders in APJ, providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Lead change management initiatives critical to GTM strategies, utilizing data analytics and workforce planning to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Progressive experience in HR and as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Experience supporting a GTM org, preferably in Japan and the APJ region
  • Strong knowledge of supporting employees and leaders in multiple countries, with expertise across HR facets including organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation
Benefits:
  • Competitive base pay range: $144,000—$180,000 AUD
