We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based clinical care in the community.

The successful candidate will deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.

  • Provide Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
  • Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
  • Preferably, experience working as a Community or Hospital OT
