As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with a portfolio of established clients in the healthcare industry, providing comprehensive banking solutions that meet their unique needs. You will use your expertise and knowledge to build trust with clients, retain their business through excellent service, and identify opportunities for new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide full banking solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice
- Utilize network and referral partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
Our ideal candidate has experience in successfully building and leading a commercial banking or corporate portfolio, preferably within the healthcare industry. A deep understanding of banking products and services, sound financial analysis and credit skills, and a strong passion for customer service and driving new business are essential.
