We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to support and expand relationships with key customers while managing account managers across various mine sites.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving market share, and implementing strategic growth initiatives to ensure overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement process efficiencies and standardization across all mine sites
- Sustain and develop strong relationships with key customers
- Manage a team of account managers responsible for NSW mining accounts
- Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
- Promote strategic growth initiatives to enhance overall business performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the mining industry
- Strong understanding of business systems, processes, and financial statements
- Track record of sales achievement and growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to build long-lasting client relationships
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
