Detailed Job Description

The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relations and communications regarding progress and delivery of the home building agreement.
  • Completing pre-planning inspection forms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicating with developers and local councils to facilitate project progression.
  • Negotiating and managing approval application questions to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining databases and recording progress on applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participating in consultative meetings to finalize construction contracts and plans.
