Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients and advisers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and managing post-meeting follow-up
  • Managing client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
  • Building strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
  • Maintaining a client database to ensure accurate and complete information
  • Managing client queries as they arise
  • Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
  • Developing and maintaining internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and improve client management

Additional responsibilities may include general administration to support team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial planning, strong communication skills, and knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of advice implementation and processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate well within a team
