Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the Newcastle region. This role involves visiting clients on the road and managing a well-established client portfolio.

The successful candidate will possess experience in waste, environmental or similar industries and be passionate about assisting large organisations improve waste and recycling outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver profitable projects that meet key objectives.
  • Drive new business with internal teams.
  • Lead a network of service providers and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships.
  • Pursue continuous improvement across all accounts.
  • Lead safety and environmental performance while managing critical risks.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients.
  • Solve client issues quickly and keep projects running smoothly.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 year's account management experience, ideally in a similar role and environment.

You should be able to develop deep client relationships and provide proactive solutions that contribute to achieving client sustainability goals.

Able to ensure client accounts/projects are profitable and deliver on promised objectives.
