Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in customer service, supporting clients with their building queries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert advice on building matters and directing them to relevant sales specialists.

In addition, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, guiding them through the home building process and ensuring their dream home becomes a reality.

  • Manage customer relations and communications regarding progress and delivery of the home building agreement
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder inquiries
  • Complete pre-planning inspection forms
  • Submit building permits and applications
  • Communicate with developers and local councils
  • Negotiate and manage approval application questions
  • Maintain a database and record all progress on applications
  • Participate in consultative meetings, reviewing final construction contracts and plans
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a similar customer service position
  • Strong understanding of permits and approvals
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a changing workload
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
