- Proficient in using collaboration tools like Jira Software, Service Management, and Confluence to facilitate seamless teamwork.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including analysis of scope of works and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential delivery risks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery goals.
