About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to lead our product development efforts. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing new features and specifications to enhance the platform's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, market trends, and areas of opportunity for product innovation.
  • Create actionable product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and design, to gather and prioritize product requirements that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop product concepts, features, and specifications that deliver an exceptional user experience while ensuring timely and quality product delivery.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure that user stories are clearly defined and prioritized based on their value to the business and customers.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure that the product provides an exceptional user experience.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights from various data sources, and translate these data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.
