Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery-focused organization, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing product backlogs across multiple squads.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our product backlog is clear, aligned, and focused on delivering business value. This involves partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to define and refine requirements, set priorities, and provide clarity of direction to delivery teams.

To achieve this goal, you will need to have strong ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs, as well as skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to balance competing priorities.

You will also be expected to help squads stay focused, remove blockers, and drive outcomes that balance business goals with technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused role, with familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative delivery environments.
