Job Title: Product Strategist
">As a Product Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the product roadmap and squad backlog to drive speed-to-market and business impact.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product decisions.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.">
- Articulate opportunities, design target journeys, and solutions while balancing multi-disciplinary inputs and competing stakeholder priorities.">
- Monitor dependencies and risks, mitigating or resolving them through collaboration with stakeholders.">
- Provide needs clarity, support solutioning & release planning, and collaborate in providing quality assurance during build and testing of the product capabilities.">
- Facilitate product demos and launches, advocating and communicating value to users and stakeholders.">
- Measure and track performance of key metrics in line with OKRs, generating insights and feeding back into the roadmap and delivery.">
Additional Tasks:
">- Continuously identify areas of opportunity for the squad and provide input into sprint reviews and retrospectives.">
