About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to join our team. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision of our products in line with our company strategy.

A thought leader who drives product innovation, you will gather data and evidence from market, customer, and competitor insights to shape product strategy and educate internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Develop and refine product strategies, including vision, value proposition, and roadmap.
  • Align internal teams and stakeholders around a clearly articulated product vision and cohesive roadmap.
  • Strategically prioritize larger features and themes to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and continually improve our product.
  • Advocate for your product internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree focused on business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role with commercial decision-making experience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
