About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Strategist to drive innovation and resilience in our technology-driven organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Detect, investigate, remediate, and report on high-priority technology incidents.
  • Provide insightful analysis of reliability measurements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain various reliability reporting for product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support incident and postmortem process enhancements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to reimagine service delivery, focusing on agility, innovation, and customer engagement.
