Customer Service Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.

Job Description

This position involves greeting and assisting travelers at Sydney Airport, working across key airport zones, and providing accurate information and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm in stressful situations, have strong communication skills, and be patient and personable.

As a CSR, you will work closely with the experience team to share real-time customer feedback and help drive continuous improvement in our services. You will also support new team members through a buddy-up induction program and rotate between roles to keep sharp, engaged, and resilient.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in customer service (highly regarded)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Fluency in a second language (a plus)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
