We are looking for Guest Services Agents to join our team in Sydney Airport. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their time at the airport is truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Check in guests and ensure all documentation is correct.">
  • Rebook flights and provide support during flight disruptions and cancellations.">
  • Assist unaccompanied minors and guests with disabilities to ensure a seamless experience.">
  • Board flights and complete other arrival and departure tasks.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Be at least 18 years of age.">
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.">
  • Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in part-time or full-time hours in roles that focus on caring for people/customers.">
  • Be happy working in a high-pressure environment.">
  • Have transport to and from the airport, even at hours when public transport is not operating.">
  • Be able to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.">
