Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience across various aspects of the business.

  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and development
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
  • Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities
  • Support HR projects including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, engagement surveys, and other programs
  • Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, payroll inputs, and system updates
  • Lead talent acquisition activities, managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Work Act, EEO)
  • Experience using Human Capital Management systems and managing recruitment processes
  • High attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and collaborative mindset
