Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches.

As a Financial Services Event Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, manage logistics, and coordinate with vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all events meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives
* Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
* Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
* Conduct site visits and risk assessments to identify potential issues
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong knowledge of event management software and tools
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
