**Role Summary**

Eftsure is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic **Events Coordinator** to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with partners and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimise marketing events that drive engagement and brand awareness. If you're a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Field Marketing team and external partners to plan and execute marketing events.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain and oversee event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless experiences.
- Conduct post-event analysis to identify success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support, including managing event databases, booking travel, and liaising with vendors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners, vendors, and customers.
