Job Overview

As a senior rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals with injuries or disabilities back into the workforce with empathy and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to support career transitions for individuals with physical impairments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to develop effective solutions.
  • Create tailored Return to Work plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, more inclusive environments.
Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology is essential.
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA is mandatory.
  • You must have full working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.
