We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, and assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership;
- Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
