Job Description:
- We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Rehabilitation Counselling interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Case management to support clients achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
- Mentor, coach and supervise consultants to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service and billable minimum threshold.
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
- Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
- Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Full ASORC Membership.
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
- Fabulous communication skills.
- Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy.
- Well developed time management skills.
- A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
