We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Professional to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical and psychological conditions to achieve their health and work outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your own day and provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees on injury prevention and workplace education
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
- Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, third-party, insurance, DVA, and employer-funded programs
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through internal supervision and ongoing training.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC Membership
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion
- Strong time management skills
- A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
