Compensation Specialist

This key role within the Reward team presents a unique opportunity to learn from an experienced FS reward professional and take on a broad end-to-end rem compensation specialist role.

You will work closely with a senior reward practitioner, supporting the business in planning and executing day-to-day compensation operations. This includes involvement in various projects such as benefits offering reviews, EVP initiatives, benchmarking, and BAU rem reviews.

As a well-rounded early-career reward professional (2-3 years' experience), you will be confident across most aspects of Broad Based Compensation - Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking, etc. You possess strong data analysis and reporting skills, complemented by your attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in compensation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
