Site Operations Manager

Renascent Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Canberra team. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of site staff, including sub-contractors, to ensure they are meeting their key deliverables and performance expectations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant building codes and guidelines.
- Environmental Management: Monitor and manage environmental site-specific issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
- Communication: Maintain professional relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience in detail-orientated bespoke projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes and guidelines.
- Ability to drive projects to meet deadlines on time and on budget.
- Proven experience effectively managing a team, including sub-contractors.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements and their application.
- Previous exposure to Procore is an advantage.
