Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dual-Site Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Frontline Retail ACT & Southern NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two large format stores, ensuring they operate efficiently, effectively, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2 large format stores.
  • Manage and motivate a team of store managers, assistant managers, and casual staff.
  • Drive sales and profitability across the stores.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all stores.
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful Dual Site or Cluster Manager.
  • Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams to achieve success.
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPIs and budgets.
  • Skills to analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle is preferable.
