Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Monitor and control site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical access issues, ensuring that site teams have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior site management role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Qualifications: Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding Ticket, and a strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of construction professionals.
- Education: A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
