Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Oversee the management of construction sites, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of site staff, including supervisors, engineers, and laborers, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical access issues for site teams, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule labor teams based on project deadlines and company requirements.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill site teams on access systems, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Documentation: Complete Scope of Work documents for quoting, drafting, and installation purposes.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in construction management. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding Ticket and a strong understanding of access systems, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical access issues.
