Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes and design optimised future-state processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
- Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.
- Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
- 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy or business process improvement.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in process re-engineering.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Certifications in Agile or Change Management are highly regarded.
