Enterprise Transformation Lead

The role of Enterprise Transformation Lead is pivotal to driving business process improvement and implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions across operations.

This specialist will play a key role in leading and supporting enterprise transformation efforts, centralising and optimising core business functions to enable a more agile and scalable operating model.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives, conducting detailed assessments of current-state business processes, and designing optimised future-state processes.

Additionally, the Enterprise Transformation Lead will engage and collaborate with key subject matter experts and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies, support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise, evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
