Market Making Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our Systematic Market Making team. As a key member of our trading organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing systematic market-making strategies across various financial markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and refine market-making strategies in collaboration with the team, focusing on providing liquidity and capturing spreads in the market.
  • Risk Management: Establish and enforce robust risk management parameters tailored to market-making activities, balancing liquidity provision with acceptable risk levels.
  • Technology and Infrastructure: Work with IT and engineering teams to develop and maintain ultra-low latency trading infrastructure, ensuring efficient market-making operations.
