Job Summary

W Sydney is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to provide daily supervision of operations and team. This integral role works closely with Culinary to deliver restaurant-quality food and service to guests, striving to create experiences that go above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display hands-on leadership and lead by example.
  • Be organized and understand room movements, amenity lists, and other daily priorities to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they perform at their best.
  • Ensure team members work collaboratively to meet and anticipate guest needs.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock necessary supplies.
  • Champion brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all guests.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs of the team.
