About the Role

The Implementation Data Consultant is a key position within our team, responsible for providing advanced BI analysis, integration subject matter expertise, and data import/export services. This role requires a strong understanding of API essentials, third-party integration fundamentals, and data manipulation for external data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced customer BI reports using SQL
  • Utilize APIs to provide enhanced data import/export offerings, bulk product configuration services, and attachment import services
  • Provide foundational knowledge and upskilling to the wider Implementation department
  • Leverage API expertise to support Implementation staff during customer onboarding and expansion initiatives
  • Design data transformation tools to improve data migration scalability
  • Design and build data extraction scripts to support customer use of external analytics and reporting solutions

Requirements

  • Ability to design SQL scripts and extracts
  • Advanced data transformation skills
  • Technical expertise utilizing APIs
  • Knowledge of integration principles and 3rd-party ETL tools
  • Google Apps scripts, Python, VBA, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party reporting tools a plus (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
